'Thankyou' Video Download - Legal Terms and Conditions

Messyworld's free video gift is available for Members who contribute to the maintenance and running of the site. To receive your free video download you must report a faulty link, page, text, picture, video or other malfunction within the sites public and/or private members areas. The free video download is available subject to approval, not everyone will receive the free video. The free video download is not part of the subscription package in any way.

The free 'thankyou' video download is owned outright by Messyworld.net and it's parent company Bluelight Media Group™. The copyright license is held under Bluelight Media Group™ and registered by it's content, pictures, audio and plot. The video cannot be used in anyway other than the individual's private use to whom it has been allocated to. It cannot be used for broadcast, public performance, loans, rent, sales, file sharing, screencaping, thumbnails or sampling in any way.

We reserve the right to take any necessary legal action against any person(s) or organisation(s) who abuse these terms and conditions.
