Firstly, We are very sorry, that you're having problems viewing the content, however we will get you viewing content as soon as possible, read some of the options below to fix the problem, most problems are caused by one of the solutions listed below, if not, contact us here.

Make sure that you have either Windows Media Player or Realplayer installed on your computer. We would recommend the latest version of Windows Media Player as it is very fast and reliable, you can download using the below link. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/AllDownloads.aspx

1. Black Screen or No Video Showing?

Try re-opening the video, press play then wait for about 30 seconds, then press play again, the video sometimes needs a few seconds to load as they are large files, if your computer is running slow or you don't have much memory available it can take longer for the video to load, in some cases 2 or 3 minutes, however, each time you try to play the video, the loading time should get shorter as your computer will store the temporary file.

2. Page Won't Open or Error Message appears?

Refresh the page a few times. Try closing all windows, and logging into the site again. Try the method above (Black Screen or no Video showing?) ensure your internet connection is streaming seamlessly and that your connection is strong, if you are using wireless broadband ensure that the signal is continuously strong and not cutting out, or getting weak frequently.

3. There's No Sound?

Right click on the video box, and check the volume or EQ settings, make sure your systems volume settings are up and check that your systems 'Wave' Volume is up by going into your Control Panel and clicking on Sounds.

4. Picture is Jumpy or Distorted?

Try refreshing the page a few times and waiting for the video to reload, try closing the site altogether and re-logging on and attempting to view content again, if it is just one video that is faulty and all the other's are okay, contact us, as it will more than likely be a fault on the server.

5. Video Cuts Out Half Way Through?

Refresh the video or close the page and re-open the video, if you have lots of programmes or internet pages open try closing some and make sure you have enough memory as the video needs to download to your temporary files, the case with all online content, however video files are alot bigger.
